We allow children to join at age 10 under parental supervision using cardio, group exercise classes and selectorized weight machines. At age 13, children can graduate to using the free weight area.

3-team pickup flag football tournament starts @ 12pm. Come early to get drafted to a team (winning team gets trophy and team picture up in the gym and each team member gets a medal)

We do offer family memberships. In fact if you have a family of 4, the fourth member can join for free as long as the family shares the same billing account. Childcare is also a great add-on to complete a family membership if there are young children to consider. Partnership and other discounted memberships are excluded from this offer.

All members are eligible to extend a 7-day pass to friends and relatives as long as the guest is not a previous member or guest and they have a local address. We also offer paid day and week passes that can be purchased at any time. Members ARE NOT allowed to give club access to people who have not been authorized to use the gym with an active membership or active guest pass and access card.
