3-team pickup flag football tournament starts @ 12pm. Come early to get drafted to a team (winning team gets trophy and team picture up in the gym and each team member gets a medal)

Every membership includes a free initial consultation and coaching session with a Certified Personal Trainer. During this session you will have many questions answered and your Trainer will make sure you feel confident to start your new fitness lifestyle. Personal Trainers are also actively taking appointments for extensive coaching, program design and body composition tracking, so you will always have the advantage of having an expert on your side!

Family memberships?

We do offer family memberships. In fact if you have a family of 4, the fourth member can join for free as long as the family shares the same billing account. Childcare is also a great add-on to complete a family membership if there are young children to consider. Partnership and other discounted memberships are excluded from this offer.

Can I bring In Guests?

All members are eligible to extend a 7-day pass to friends and relatives as long as the guest is not a previous member or guest and they have a local address. We also offer paid day and week passes that can be purchased at any time. Members ARE NOT allowed to give club access to people who have not been authorized to use the gym with an active membership or active guest pass and access card.
